CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time or may be subject to cancellation.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a $100 fee. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied toward future treatments.
LATE POLICY
We value your time and aim to provide punctual service to all every client. Please take a moment to review our late policy:
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within that window, we’ll do our best to complete your full treatment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. In this case, a $100 fee will be charged and will not be applied toward future treatments.
If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you - either by adjusting your treatment or rescheduling your appointment, depending on availability.
