CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time or may be subject to cancellation.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited and not applied toward future treatments.
New Clients: If you attend a consultation and choose not to proceed with treatment, your $100 deposit will be refunded.
LATE POLICY
We value your time and aim to provide punctual service to all every client. Please take a moment to review our late policy:
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within that window, we’ll do our best to complete your full treatment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. In this case, your $100 deposit will be forfeited and not applied toward future treatments.
If you anticipate being late, please call or text us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you - either by adjusting your treatment or rescheduling your appointment, depending on availability.
